What neighborhood is the property located in?

Evolve Palm Coast is located in Palm Coast, FL. You’ll find multiple shopping destinations within 3 miles of the community, including Island Walk Shopping Center, Palm Coast Landing, and City Marketplace. Additionally, several parks are nearby, such as James F. Holland Memorial Park, Waterfront Park, and Long Creek Nature Preserve—perfect for outdoor recreation just minutes from home.

What are the income requirements?

We require a gross monthly household income of 3 times the monthly rent or greater. Income must be a form of taxable, verifiable income.

How far can we push a move in date?

Move in dates can be pushed to a maximum of 45 days out from the date of approval.

How do you place a ‘hold’ on an apartment?

We do not ‘hold’ apartments. The only way to secure a unit under your name would be to submit an application. The unit will then be help offline while we process the application.

Can I see a model or tour Evolve Palm Coast?

What are the credit requirements?

Credit is calculated into your application decision along with a multitude of other factors that are reviewed on your application screening. We do not have a set credit score requirement as other factors can play into your applications decision.

How much is the application and admin fees?

There is $50 application fee per person and $100 admin fee.

How much is the security deposit?

The security deposit ranges depending on credit history/report: $100 to a full month of rent.
